1985 - FIABCI (International Real Fedetation) With more than 700 members all over the world.
1992 - NAR (National Association of Realtors). 700.000 professionals in the United States and alliances with over 40 countries.
1997 - The company achieves the CIPS and begins appearing in the Who´s who Certified Interantional Specialist.
1999 - Baigún achieves a very important strategical alliance with Arvida Realty Services with more than 3000 agents and 90 offices. Arvida Realty Services is a commercial unit of The St.Joe Company ( NYSE. JOE). In June 2002 it ends due to the closing of this company.
2000 - Baigún Operaciones inmobiliarias signs an alliance with the group Patagonia Real Estate. Nowadays we have relations with most of the provinces in our country whose territories are highly demanded by multinational companies that come to our country to settle.
2003 - Baigún Operaciones Inmobiliarias keeps its relation with various international associations, american as well as european ones, regularly being present in different international seminars and meetings related to the development of the real estate market.
2006 - Nowadays - We have a strategical alliance with Prudential Florida WCI Realty for international operations.
